Job Overview
We are currently looking for a motivated professional for the Swedish Speaking Zalando Customer Expert position in Greece. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the most exciting retail environments in the world while enjoying a high-quality lifestyle in the sun-drenched Mediterranean.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium customer support to users of Europe’s leading online fashion retailer.
Manage order inquiries, returns, and delivery tracking within the fast-paced retail landscape.
Assist customers with digital account management and loyalty program questions.
Maintain high satisfaction levels by resolving concerns related to both online shopping and physical retail store touchpoints.




Provide expert guidance on product information, sizing, and seasonal fashion collections.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service across all customer communication channels.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards in all interactions.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to one of our available Swedish-speaking jobs.
Strong interest in the retail (online & offline) industry and fashion trends.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is considered a strong asset.
A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in an international team environment.
