Mission: We're looking for a Commercial Finance Director to lead strategic financial advisory and drive commercial performance across our operations in Iberia (~1000M€). You'll lead a talented, high-performing, multicultural team (~15 people), shape financial strategy, and partner with senior leaders to unlock growth and value creation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis to drive commercial performance across business units.
Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights on pricing, margin management, and revenue optimization.




Direct multiple finance teams to deliver trusted financial data and simplified processes in a digital environment.
Identify risks and opportunities through advanced financial analysis and influence key business decisions.
REQUIREMENTS

Experience: We are looking for a Business Finance Director, a solid Head of Business Controlling with at least 6-8 years of experience in similar roles / responsibilities within a matrix organization with multicultural environment. We are looking for a blend of a Commercial Finance Director, an FP&A; Director, and a strategic business partner to the Executive Leadership Team, with a strong focus on pricing, margin optimization, profitability, and strategic business support rather than traditional accounting or financial control in B2B environments.
