Role Description





The Technical Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding the design, development, and operation of CoreFi’s cloud-native, microservice-based core banking platform. This role leads a cross-functional engineering team, defines technical architecture, and ensures scalability, reliability, and security of services across lending, onboarding, payments, and compliance workflows. The Technical Lead collaborates closely with product management and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, prioritize backlogs, and drive delivery of new features and integrations. Day-to-day activities include conducting code and architecture reviews, mentoring engineers, establishing best practices for testing and deployment, and overseeing incident response and performance optimization.
