We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Swedish Speaking Microsoft Customer Experts position in Greece, located in the heart of Athens. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support and consultancy to Microsoft end-users and enterprise clients.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues within the Information Technology (IT) ecosystem.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional,



expert-driven technical solutions in Swedish.
Document technical resolutions accurately within our CRM and ticketing systems.
Collaborate with internal IT engineering teams to resolve escalated technical matters efficiently.
Stay updated on the latest Microsoft software developments, cloud solutions, and IT service standards.
Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met with precision and technical accuracy.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Proven interest or experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology and digital transformation.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
Availability for on-site employment in Athens, Greece, to support our growing portfolio of Swedish-speaking jobs.
