We are currently seeking polished and service-oriented professionals to join a luxury brand as Swedish Speaking Pandora Customer Experts in Greece. This prestigious role is adecuado for individuals with a passion for high-end retail, as you will provide bespoke support to our customers, ensuring their experience reflects the elegance and quality synonymous with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional, personalized service to clients within the luxury goods sector via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections to assist customers with styling advice and inquiries.
Represent the company as a brand ambassador,



upholding the highest standards of professional etiquette.
Resolve complex order, shipment, and warranty issues with empathy and high attention to detail.
Ensure all interactions reflect the premium quality associated with the luxury retail experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer trends and service improvements.
Process orders and manage customer accounts with precision within our specialized systems.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is required for this role.
Proficiency in English for professional collaboration and training purposes.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A refined communication style, ideally with experience in luxury goods, high-end hospitality, or premium customer service.
