Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level financial support to Swedish-speaking clients through various digital communication channels.
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and internal security policies.
Analyze client account inquiries, ranging from transaction processing to complex financial portfolio questions.




Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, ensuring world-class service within the financial sector.
Update and maintain accurate records within specialized financial software systems.
Act as a key liaison for Swedish-speaking clients, maintaining the integrity and reputation of our financial services.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes by identifying financial trends and client needs.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
Professional proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest or prior experience in the Finance or FinTech industry.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong digital literacy and ability to learn complex financial database platforms.
