Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and shape SAP SuccessFactors implementations, focusing on Employee Central and Time Management. You will partner with clients to align HR processes with best practices, deliver workshops, and transfer knowledge to ensure ongoing success. You’ll collaborate with SD Worx’s international Cloud team to drive innovation and scale HR solutions. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations (EC and/or Time Management)
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and roadmap awareness
• Conduct process walkthroughs to map business needs to solution capability
• Design and configure SuccessFactors solutions following HR best practices
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions
• Ensure knowledge transfer to client and maintenance teams
• Collaborate with SD Worx's international Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovation
Responsabilidades
• Led at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors EC and/or Time Management implementation
• Excellent communication skills for senior client stakeholders
• Proactive learner with interest in SAP latest technologies
• SuccessFactors Associate EC Certification
• Good understanding of HR processes
• Fluent English (B2-C1)
• Autonomy and self-management
