Are you passionate about data platforms and eager to see how modern data architectures transform the worlds leading insurance brand? Join Allianz Services as a Data & AI Transformation Expert (m/f/d)



and lead hands-on data modernization and migration programs within our Data & AI Transformation team. Collaborate with a dynamic, international team to re-platform legacy data estates, decommission legacy technologies, and stand up cloud-native data, AI & GenAI services. We re seeking technically strong leaders who can architect solutions, get into the detail with engineers, and drive real delivery to "Make Data & AI Transformation Happen."

What You Do
- Own the technical engagement lifecycle: current-state assessment, target architecture design, migration strategy, solution scoping, delivery governance, and measurable outcomes.
- Steer data modernization and migration efforts: define migration roadmaps, sequencing, and cutover plans, and make the key architecture and tooling decisions.
- Lead technical stakeholder alignment: build trust with engineering and architecture teams as well as executives, align on technical goals and KP
