Experteer Overview
In this role you will define and scale Openbank's mobility services strategy, leveraging data and AI to deliver customer experiences beyond vehicle financing. You will foster ecosystem partnerships and drive new revenue across connected, autonomous, electric, and shared mobility. You will work with local markets to ensure product-market fit and translate emerging technologies into practical business outcomes. This is a strategic, impact-driven role at the intersection of mobility, payments, and digital platforms, with a strong emphasis on customer value.

• Identify, develop, test, and scale mobility propositions to boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value
• Collaborate with local markets to validate product-market fit and roll out successful initiatives

• Define and deliver AI-enabled mobility propositions that improve ownership and usage experiences
• Build and nurture scalable ecosystem partnerships with OEMs, mobility providers, and internal Santander teams

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of digital product management experience in complex, multi-market environments
• 8+ years of experience in mobility, automotive, payments, connected services, platform businesses, or emerging technologies
• Experience identifying product-market fit and scaling propositions across markets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Digital Product, Technology, or related field
• English required, Spanish preferred
• Strong data, AI, and emerging technologies application to customer and business outcomes
• Strategic thinking and commercial mindset
• Collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
