The Role

A graduate-level opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in applied AI development. You'll work on projects that improve internal processes and products, streamlining workflows and creating automations that the businesses can actually put to use — not research for its own sake.

Typical projects could include:

- Data enrichment tools
- Connecting siloed data across systems businesses
- Generative AI solutions built into existing workflows
- Internal tools and automations that solve a real operational problem

You'll be given the space to learn as you go — this is a genuine graduate role, not a senior hire in disguise. What matters most is a creative, problem-solving mindset and the drive to figure things out.

What We're Looking For





- Hands-on experience using Claude professionally, ideally having built tools with it previously
- Strong prompting skills
- Some understanding of how AI tools and applications are built (even at a foundational level)
- Genuine interest in agentic workflows and where the space is heading
- A builder's mentality — someone who wants to create things people will actually use, not just prototype
- Comfortable working across a group structure, translating between local and group business needs
- Fluent English is a must, most of the team are not Native Spanish speakers
