This is a unique opportunity for a senior compliance leader to work closely with executive management, driving a culture of integrity while supporting business growth across multiple regions and markets.

As the senior compliance business partner, you will provide strategic guidance on a broad range of regulatory and ethical matters, ensuring compliance is embedded into commercial decisions and operational activities throughout the organization.

Tasks
* Leading and continuously enhancing the Compliance Program across a global logistics network.
* Advising senior stakeholders on key compliance risks and regulatory developments.
* Overseeing critical areas including:
* Economic sanctions and embargoes
* Export controls and international trade compliance
* Anti-bribery & corruption
* Anti-money laundering and financial crime
* Competition law
* Data privacy
* Third-party risk management
* Conducting risk assessments, compliance monitoring activities,



investigations, and remediation programs.
* Supporting strategic initiatives, market expansion, partnerships, and other high-impact business decisions from a compliance perspective.
* Promoting a strong culture of ethics, accountability, and responsible business practices across all levels of the organization.

Requirements
* 12+ years of experience within Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit, or Governance functions.
* Strong expertise in sanctions, export controls, AML, anti-corruption frameworks, and international regulatory compliance.
* Experience operating within multinational, highly regulated environments.
* Background in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, infrastructure, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
* Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus. xqziphu
