About us: Asiashop is a travel agency specializing in China and Japan. We are a small, highly digital, multidisciplinary team built on collaboration. Everything we do happens online, and we move fast across a variety of digital tools and platforms. We are hiring a full-time, long-term Travel Operations Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our agency. The role includes providing responsive service in English and Spanish, with Chinese or Japanese language skills considered a strong plus. Daily tasks involve coordinating with local suppliers, resolving operational issues, monitoring trip logistics, and preparing administrative reports. The coordinator also collaborates with internal teams to improve processes, maintain service quality standards, and support travelers before, during, and after their journeys. This is a permanent employee role, not a freelance gig. Liaise with international suppliers and OTAs in English and Spanish. Fluent in English and Spanish (business-professional level in both, written and spoken).



~ Highly comfortable with digital tools and online workflows, you adapt quickly to new platforms and enjoy working in a fully digital environment. ~ 1–3 years of experience in travel operations, hospitality, project management, production coordination, operations, or a similar role with heavy administrative and coordination duties. ~ Chinese (Mandarin) or Japanese, even conversational level is a strong asset. Basic understanding of invoicing or bookkeeping. Permanent contract with a stable, growing agency. Asynchronous working culture, adaptable working hours and remote-first setup.
