Alstom in Madrid is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel to provide senior legal support for business activities with customers, partners, and subcontractors. You will prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, and support claim management and dispute settlements.
The role requires a law degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a business environment or law firm, proficiency in English, native Spanish, and ideally knowledge of public tenders and Portuguese law.
