For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Digital Experience & UX for a long contract based in Brussels, Belgium.

Role Description

- Supports the development of employee and client portals, websites, and web content platforms. Responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements; acting as the interface between Product Owners and business stakeholders; bridging business needs and IT solutions; leading stakeholder workshops; and contributing to the portals roadmap while ensuring a consistent user experience across bank entities.

Essential Skills





Business Analysis; requirements gathering and documentation; complex project experience; web technologies and portal/web platform development; IS concepts; business process analysis; Agile/Scrum; stakeholder management; stakeholder workshops; analytical, communication, and negotiation skills; UX/user experience awareness.

Business Analysis; Obtaining Stakeholder Commitment; Digital – User Experience Design (UXD)/Visual Design

Languages

Strong written and spoken English; good knowledge of at least one national language – Dutch or French
