The role

As Director Sports & Leisure, you will lead and further develop our VIP & Event Catering segment.

A true entrepreneur within the group, you will drive strategic direction, financial performance, commercial growth and operational excellence across high-visibility activities. You will actively identify new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the expansion of our market presence.

Key responsibilities

- Define and implement the Sports & Leisure strategy
- Own the P&L; and overall business performance
- Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, organisers and partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and contribute to major tenders and proposals
- Ensure flawless execution during high-intensity events
- Develop premium, distinctive catering concepts




- Inspire and lead passionate, expert teams
- Act as a key partner for clients, organisers and stakeholders

Your profile

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within event catering, premium hospitality or the events industry
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to generate business growth
- Experience managing strategic client relationships and complex negotiations
- Strong leadership combined with a solid business mindset
- Deep focus on customer experience and quality
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, demanding environments
- Natural affinity with sports and live events
- Fluency in French and Dutch required, English is an asset
