About the Role

Naxai is RingRing's next-generation CPaaS platform, built on 35+ years of market leadership in Belgian business communications. Google's RCS for Business (still widely known as RBM) turns SMS into a verified, branded channel — logo, checkmark, rich cards, carousels, buttons and two-way conversation — and brands can only reach it through an accredited messaging partner like us. We're growing the commercial team to drive RCS adoption across marketing, sales, support and security use cases. As Business Developer, your primary focus is new business, finding and closing new customers. You'll also grow the accounts you win over time.

Responsibilities

- Primary focus on prospecting and closing new RCS/RBM clients: B2B, integrators, enterprise and public sector accounts

- Migrate the existing SMS portfolio to RCS, grow those accounts and build relationships

- Guide clients through agent onboarding — brand verification, use cases, testing, carrier launch — with support from product and technical teams





- Prepare commercial proposals and technical offers, including for private tenders

- Participate to network events, partner events

- Track the RCS ecosystem (Google roadmap, carrier reach, competitor moves) to spot new opportunities

Profile

- 3-5+ years of experience in proactive/reactive business development / sales (ideally in telecom, CPaaS, or SaaS)

- Understanding of the A2P messaging ecosystem (RCS, RBM agents, aggregators, carriers), or the appetite to master it fast

- Affinity with technical products (APIs, messaging platforms, SaaS sales) a strong plus

- Strong commercial acumen, results-driven and autonomous

- Excellent communication skills

- Fluent in Dutch and/or French, plus English

- Residency: Belgium
