Site teams are trusted to take real ownership of execution and project delivery.

This opportunity is for an experienced Site Manager to take operational ownership of medium to large construction projects in Belgium, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from site preparation through to completion.

You will coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, materials, and daily construction activities, while keeping projects aligned with programme, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Key focus areas include:

- Leading day-to-day site operations across medium to large building projects.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
- Translating project schedules into clear weekly and daily site priorities.
- Managing site safety, SHEQ compliance, and quality standards.
- Monitoring technical execution, quantities, materials, and progress.
- Maintaining accurate site records, reporting, claims, and cost follow-up.
- Collaborating with BIM and digital construction teams where required.

You will bring:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.




- 5–7 years' experience in site management or comparable construction site leadership.
- Strong technical understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction quantities.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM exposure would be advantageous.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- A practical, proactive and solution-focused leadership style.
