For our client, an international company in strong development in Belgium, we are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager Belgium.

In this role, you will take ownership of the HR scope for Belgium across several operational sites and act as the main HR point of contact for the local organisation as well as towards the Group.

The company is growing and the HR organisation still needs to further develop and professionalise.

We are therefore looking for someone able not only to manage the existing HR activities, but also to identify areas for improvement, propose solutions and actively drive new HR projects.

Your responsibilities:

- Take full ownership of the HR scope for Belgium across several operational sites and act as the main HR partner for local management.
- Manage and advise on Hard HR topics, including Belgian labour law, contracts, employee relations, absenteeism, disciplinary matters and dismissals.
- Coordinate payroll-related activities, HR administration, compensation & benefits and ensure compliance with Belgian legislation and internal policies.




- Develop constructive relationships with social partners and employee representatives and support organisational changes when required.
- Support managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning and broader people-related topics.
- Analyse the existing HR organisation, identify areas for improvement and propose pragmatic solutions adapted to the needs of the business.
- Take the lead on new HR projects, tools and processes and ensure their implementation from idea to execution.

Your profile:

- You have several years of experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Business Partner or in a similar broad HR role, ideally within a multisite operational environment.
- You have strong expertise in Hard HR, Belgian labour law and employee relations.
- You are comfortable working in a growing or evolving organisation and are able to identify what needs to be improved and translate it into concrete solutions.
- You combine a hands-on, pragmatic and business-oriented mindset with strong ownership, autonomy and the ability to drive projects.
- You are fluent in Dutch and French and have a good professional level of English.
