Job Title: Business Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the definition, documentation, and delivery of business requirements within a banking environment. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are clear, traceable, and effectively translated into test conditions.

This role requires a structured, analytical professional who can work independently, communicate across diverse stakeholder groups, and build a shared understanding of business needs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyse, and document clear business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and delivery teams to align requirements with business objectives and solution designs.
- Establish and maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure team members have a consistent and accurate understanding of requirements.
- Participate in quality management reviews and help confirm that deliverables meet agreed requirements.
- Translate business requirements into test conditions and support testing activities.
- Analyse banking processes and workflows to identify needs, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply requirements engineering, business process management,



and data modelling concepts where relevant.
- Communicate requirements, decisions, and open issues clearly to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and requirements management skills.
- Practical understanding of banking processes and workflows.
- Experience eliciting, documenting, validating, and tracing requirements.
- Ability to translate requirements into clear test conditions.
- Ability to work independently and take a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Experience with Agentic AI or AI-enabled business solutions.
- Familiarity with conceptual modelling techniques.
- Knowledge of data concepts and data modelling.
- Experience with business process management.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Work Arrangement and Location:

This is a hybrid role based in Brussels, Belgium.
