Are you an experienced Project Manager with strong Oracle HCM Cloud expertise?

We are looking for a Project Manager to support a major HR technology transformation and cloud migration programme, helping drive the transition from a legacy HR environment to Oracle HCM Cloud.

? What you’ll do

? Lead project planning and implementation preparation activities

? Help define project scope, objectives, deliverables, governance, and milestones

? Conduct gap analyses between existing HR processes and Oracle HCM Cloud

? Gather and document business and functional requirements

? Facilitate workshops with HR, IT, and technical stakeholders

? Identify project risks, dependencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities

? Coordinate multidisciplinary business and technology teams

? Prepare recommendations, project documentation, and decision-support materials





? Contribute to the implementation roadmap and subsequent project phases

? What we’re looking for

✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field

✅ 7+ years of project management experience, ideally within HR transformation or HRIS implementation

✅ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud

✅ Solid understanding of Payroll, Time & Absence, Recruitment, and Workforce Planning

✅ Experience with requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process assessment

✅ Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities

✅ Excellent written and spoken English

⭐ Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is a strong advantage.
