Our client is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead complex data initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that support strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities

As a Data & Analytics Project Manager, you will:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Define project scope, deliverables, governance structures, and implementation roadmaps in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business experts, data analysts, data engineers, architects, and external partners.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, priorities, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance through relevant KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and governance are embedded within project deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote project management best practices across the organization.
- Prepare and present project updates, recommendations, and key findings to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Your Profile





- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
- You have proven experience managing data, analytics, business intelligence, or digital transformation projects.
- You possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery approaches is considered an asset.
- You are comfortable working with data-related environments and have a good understanding of data management, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence concepts.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all organizational levels.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a pragmatic and results-driven mindset.
- You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in English and have a strong command of either Dutch or French.
