Senior Generative AI Engineer

You'll work with major enterprise clients to turn GenAI opportunities into real, production-ready solutions, from early prototypes and PoCs through to scalable AI products.

Day to Day

- Building GenAI applications with Python and LLM APIs
- RAG, embeddings and vector databases
- AI agents and workflow automation
- Azure / cloud-based AI solutions
- APIs and enterprise integrations
- AI evaluation, security and performance
- Taking GenAI PoCs into production

Who you are

- 5+ years' experience in software, data, ML or AI engineering
- Strong Python
- Practical experience with LLMs / Generative AI
- Understanding of RAG and AI agents
- Cloud experience, ideally Azure
- Strong engineering fundamentals
- Comfortable working directly with clients
- Fluent English; Dutch or French is a plus

You don't need 5+ years of experience in AI, that's simply not realistic given how quickly the market has evolved.

My clients are particularly interested in strong Data Engineers, Data Scientists or Software Engineers who have started moving into AI/Generative AI and want to make that their next career step.
