Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone in Portuguese.
- Assist users with account settings, content-related inquiries, and refund requests.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.




- Review flagged content to ensure compliance with community standards.
- Identify issues such as phishing, spam, and malware.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements
- Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have valid work authorization in Greece
