About the teamThe TikTok LIVE Operations team is responsible for driving growth, monetisation, and operational excellence across the LIVE ecosystem.We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Agency Operations Intern to support the growth and management of TikTok LIVE agencies. Key Responsibilities
- Support Agency Managers in day-to-day management of senior agencies.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics (e.g., revenue, creator activity, retention, recruitment, etc) to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Assist in designing and executing growth strategies and action plans for high‑potential agencies
- Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely follow‑up and execution
- Help prepare performance reports, business reviews, and insights for internal and external stakeholders
