and software deploymentactivities.ImplementRACF/ACF2 security and Db2 access controls .Build and maintainhigh-availability and replicationsolutions.Support data migration and conversion activities.Identify and implementautomation opportunitiesto improve operational efficiency.Work closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams.Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and best practices.Required SkillsStrong hands-on experience as aDb2 for z/OS DBA .Strong experience withDb2 V13 for z/OS .Hands-on experience withSMP/Efor installation, maintenance, and upgrades.SolidIBM Z/Mainframedatabase experience.Experience withRACF/ACF2, security, HA, replication, and production support .Strong database troubleshooting and problem-determination skills.Experience with database release management and migrations. xhfqzwm Banking/Financial Services experience is desirable.
