We’re looking for an experienced Lead Electronics Engineer to take technical ownership of a challenging, next-generation hardware platform and play a key role in building a high-performing engineering team around it.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You’ll operate at both system level and down in the detail — shaping architectures, solving complex hardware problems, debugging high-speed interfaces in the lab, and working closely with FPGA and software engineers to bring the complete system together.

What we’re looking for A strong track record of leading technically demanding projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams Extensive experience in high-speed digital design and complex PCB development Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity and transmission-line theory Hands-on experience with several of PCIe, Ethernet, DDR/DDR5 and SerDes Proven experience taking complex electronic systems through integration, validation and hardware debug Strong experience with AMD/Xilinx FPGAs Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and high-performance computing would be highly valuable
