We are looking for an AI Tech Lead with experience leading engineering teams and designing AI solutions in cloud environments.

This role combines technical leadership, architecture, and hands‑on engineering to drive the delivery of scalable, production‑grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.You will be responsible for guiding a multidisciplinary engineering squad, defining development standards, and promoting best practices across projects focused primarily on Generative AI and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a cross‑functional AI squad of up to 6 engineers.Define technical standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.Design and oversee the development of scalable backend systems and APIs supporting AI solutions.Drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities, primarily RAG and LLM‑based solutions.Architect and validate cloud‑based AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.Serve as the main technical point of contact for Product Owners, Data Scientists,
