The journey starts here, with you at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMThe Senior Project Manager, Business Integration is responsible for leading the post-acquisition integration of newly acquired businesses into SITA for Aircraft. The role translates acquisition strategy and integration objectives into a structured, executable programme that protects business continuity, accelerates value realisation and establishes a sustainable end-state operating model.This is a senior delivery role requiring proven M&A; integration experience in a technology, software, SaaS, telecommunications or digital services environment. The successful candidate will work across the acquired business and SITA functions to integrate people, products, processes, commercial activities and operations while maintaining customer and employee focus throughout the transition.As a key leader in the business integration and transformation space, you will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, establish robust governance, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure integration outcomes are delivered with pace, transparency and measurable business value.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own the post-acquisition integration programme from Day 1 readiness through stabilisation, transition and formal closure.- Translate the acquisition thesis, executive objectives and integration principles into a clear roadmap, workstream plan, milestones and measurable outcomes.- Establish and lead integration governance, including decision forums, reporting, risk management, dependency tracking and escalation paths.- Coordinate workstreams across Product, Engineering and Technology, Customer Service and Operations, Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Security and corporate IT.- Convert pre-integration plans and due-diligence outputs into an executable post-close delivery baseline.- Protect customer commitments, service continuity, product delivery and critical operations throughout the integration.- Identify transitional arrangements, constraints and dependencies,
and drive their timely resolution.- Link integration deliverables to the acquisition business case, strategic outcomes and approved synergy commitments.- Establish clear KPIs, benefits owners, baselines and evidence for value realisation.- Act as the senior integration lead and trusted delivery partner to executive sponsors and business leaders.- Prepare and lead steering committees, executive reviews and decision-making forums.- Integrate organisational change, communications, employee engagement and cultural considerations into the delivery plan.- Work with functional leaders to define and implement target operating models, roles, governance and ways of working.- Maintain reliable financial oversight, forecasts, cost tracking, decision logs, change control and evidence of closure against acceptance criteria.Qualifications:ABOUT YOUR SKILLS- Extensive experience leading complex, enterprise-level programmes in international technology, software, SaaS, telecommunications or digital services businesses.- Proven experience leading post-merger or post-acquisition integrations, with accountability across multiple business and technology workstreams.- Demonstrated ability to move from transaction close and integration planning into disciplined execution, stabilisation and value realisation.- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business cases, integration budgets, synergies, benefits and delivery trade-offs.- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge, influence and escalate.- Strong programme governance, planning, financial control, risk management and dependency-management capability.- Outcome-focused, with the ability to connect acquisition strategy, integration execution and measurable value.- Direct and transparent, with the confidence to surface difficult issues and drive timely decisions.- Commercially aware and able to balance pace, control, business continuity and long-term integration quality.- Comfortable operating from executive steering discussions through to detailed workstream resolution.- Pragmatic, structured and delivery-oriented in complex and sensitive environments.- University degree or equivalent professional experience.- Formal project or programme management training.- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.- Fluent professional English.NICE TO HAVE- Experience integrating people, operating models,
