The company is scaling rapidly and already seeing strong traction with enterprise customers.They are looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of the backend systems powering an AI-driven automation platform. You'll remain hands-on while providing technical direction across a small, high-impact engineering team, helping shape the architecture and future scalability of the platform.What You'll Do:- Own technical direction and architecture across key backend systems- Design and scale distributed, event-driven microservices using Go, AWS and Kafka- Lead technical decisions,



code reviews and engineering best practices- Mentor engineers and support the team's technical development- Collaborate with AI, Product and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions- Stay hands-on, contributing to complex technical challengesWhat You'll Bring:- Strong backend experience with Go or Python- Experience with distributed systems, microservices and Kafka- Proven experience making architectural and technical decisions- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD- Strong SQL & NoSQL database knowledge- Previous experience mentoring engineers or acting as a Tech LeadSalary: €80,000-€110,000 + Share Options SchemeInterview Process: 3 stagesLocation: Spain / Europe (Remote)Tech Lead – Backend | Spain (Remote) | Golang, AWS, Kafka | Up to €95K
