Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Specialist , you'll partner with clients to enhance their sales strategies, analyze performance data, resolve concerns related to campaigns and budgets, and develop innovative solutions to ensure their success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with assigned accounts to foster business growth

- Present products and services clearly and professionally, tailored to each client's needs

- Address objections confidently and uncover new sales opportunities

- Manage and track the sales pipeline, providing updates and performance insights

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs





- Handle email correspondence related to client inquiries and commercial matters

- Communicate client feedback to internal teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and identifying new business opportunities

Requirements:

- Proficiency in German (C2 level)

- Proficiency in English (C1 level)

- EU citizenship or Spanish residency card

- Minimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound sales

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

- Passionate about sales and client relationships
