VICE-PRESIDENT
based out of
MADRID OR LONDON
.
We are offering a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing global trading franchise with an established track record in credit and hybrid markets.
We’re
shaping the way we work
through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
Pricing, executing and hedging structured credit and hybrids transactions, including repacks and credit linked notes
Risk managing dynamically our trading positions
Training junior resources on the trading team




Maintaining, improving and creating trading monitoring tools
Contributing to new product development initiatives in partnership with Quants, Structurers and Support/Control functions

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years of experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant roles (Required)
EDUCATION
Bachelor/Master´s/PhD in Sciences (Maths, Physics, Computer Science) or in Economics/Statistics (Required)
LANGUAGES
Working language is English (Required)
Spanish or another European language are a plus (Preferred)
Hard Skills
Strong problem-solving skills (Required)
Familiarity with AI-augmented coding tools is a plus (Preferred)
Soft Skills
Team player (Required)
Entrepreneurial, delivery-oriented mindset (Required)
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment (Required)
