We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented International Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Service / Logistics team (remote/hybrid - Madrid/Spain). You'll be the main point of contact for our international customers and partners across Europe, coordinating palletized freight consignments and ensuring excellent service from start to finish.
What you'll do
Manage customer orders and transport requests
Coordinate international palletized consignments and delivery schedules
Provide proactive updates on shipment status, delays or incidents
Handle complaints and delivery issues professionally
Collaborate closely with operations and dispatch teams
Maintain and update customer data in our CRM
What you bring
Experience in customer service and/or logistics
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken & written)
Spanish is a strong plus;
other European languages are an advantage
Familiarity with TMS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
