Department: Digital - Enterprise Solutions Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with deep expertise in the Order-to-Cash (O2 C) process to join our global transformation program. This role will be pivotal in designing and implementing a state-of-the-art SAP S/4 HANA architecture that supports end-to-end O2 C processes, ensuring seamless integration with related systems and driving digitalization across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture : Develop and maintain the SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture for O2 C processes, including Sales, Billing, Credit Management, and Integration with CRM and external platforms. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and integration strategies (e.G., PLM, CAD, Salesforce). Implementation & Integration : Lead greenfield fit-to-standard implementations for O2 C in SAP S/4 HANA. Design and manage integration with SAP Cloud solutions and third-party systems using APIs, Microservices, and SAP Integration Suite. Governance & Standards : Define technological principles and architecture strategies for SAP O2 C landscape. Introduce modern patterns such as Dev Ops and CI/CD for SAP environments. Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with General Process Owners (GPOs), SMEs, and implementation partners to ensure process consistency. Provide guidance and mentorship to internal teams on SAP best practices. Documentation & Compliance : Prepare detailed design documents, test cases, and training materials.



Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture with a focus on O2 C processes. Proven track record in SAP S/4 HANA implementations Strong knowledge of SAP SD, Billing, Credit Management, and integration with CRM systems. Familiarity with agile delivery models. Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications in S/4 HANA and/or O2 C modules. Experience with SAP Cloud solutions and hybrid architectures. Knowledge of compliance frameworks and performance KPIs for O2 C processes.
