In this role you own the vision and delivery of Treasury technology initiatives, aligning finance applications with strategic business goals. You’ll partner across the organization to optimize treasury processes, drive global programs, and deliver innovative, compliant solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence while balancing value, risk, and cost. This is a chance to shape the tech backbone of Integral Treasury Services at a purpose-driven healthcare leader.

Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• 5+ years' experience with Treasury solutions (SAP, SWIFT)
• 1+ full cycle of S/4 HANA implementation for Finance
• 2+ years' people management experience
• Experience managing matrix-based project teams
• Experience with modern cloud-based application delivery (SaaS)
• Business case/value case management experience
• Hands-on disciplined project management and SDLC
• Ability to communicate complex xqbhyrx concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile / agile scrum and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of Design Principles (UI and Business Process Mapping)
• Ability to operate independently and interact with senior leaders
• Self-starter with teamwork and customer service focus
• ITIL-based enterprise process experience
• Strong virtualization/network technology background
