For more information: are looking for a Tender Engineer having the following qualifications to be assigned to our company in Madrid.

Job Description:

-

- Reviewing project requirements, technical specifications and drawings, obtaining required details

- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity surveys or checking quantity requirements

- Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time

- Finding suppliers and communicating in accordance with project requirements and obtaining offers and required information for tenders

- Comparing and analyzing multiple offers from different suppliers, preparing comparison charts,



keeping record and archiving

- Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project

- Preparing preliminary work schedules for tenders

As for the skills and experience we are looking for:

-

- Graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities

- At least 4 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender Department

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Eager to learn

- Strong communication skills to communicate with suppliers

- Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works

- Able to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, drawings

- Excellent command of Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is a must

- Proficient in using Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
