This is a high‑impact role where you will work closely with the Tax Manager to support the global tax compliance and strategy of a high‑growth group. You will be the regional expert, responsible for researching and analyzing both direct and indirect tax matters in diverse jurisdictions. From managing tax audits to identifying planning opportunities and supporting the company's expansion into new markets, you will demonstrate ownership and proactivity in a fast‑paced, international environment.What You'll DoResearch and analyse specific indirect and direct tax matters within APAC and Middle East jurisdictions and provide tailored adviceIdentify risks and potential tax planning opportunitiesDetermine uncertain tax exposures and manage appropriate tax provisioningCollaborate with third‑party service providers as requiredWork with the Finance & Accounting teams to ensure adequate knowledge and application of taxation lawsSupport all indirect and direct tax audits / inquiries from tax authorities (alongside third‑party providers and local finance teams)Prepare applications for taxation rulings,



tax incentives and tax exemptions where availableProvide advice to senior management on tax risks and appropriate transaction structures concerning acquisitionsContribute to improvements and solutions for internal tax processesContribute to the expansion of the company in the regionWho You AreHave a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in taxation gained in practice or industry. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Tax or Law. Have proven experience working with EMEA jurisdictions, across both direct and indirect taxes or accounting. Be detail‑oriented, organised and capable of managing multiple priorities.
