The role includes liaising with external agents, coordinating viewings and presenting exclusive developments to external agents and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sales Manager with viewings and presentations at the main office and on site as requiredSupport marketing team through assisting with digital content initiatives.Network with agents and collaborators to promote and sell developmentsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience in new development or off-plan sales.Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Comfortable with social media and digital communication to support marketing initiativesPositive, team-oriented, and a can do attitude with a strong sense of initiativeDriving license and carPackageExciting role working on exclusive new developments with an initial retainer and excellent commission structure.Working hours: Monday to Friday- 9am to 5pmOffice/hybrid based in Marbella area.
