We are looking for a data-driven, analytical and commercially minded Amazon eCommerce Analyst & Demand Planner to join our team.This role sits at the intersection of eCommerce, demand planning and commercial analytics, turning POS, inventory and sales data into clear forecasts, actionable insights and operational decisions. The position will support Amazon account management, demand planning and day-to-day business performance across EMEA.The main tasks of the position are:Commercial Analytics & Insight GenerationBuild and maintain regular state-of-the-business dashboards using revenue, POS and inventory dataAnalyze sell-out, sell-in, rejections, stock cover and purchasing trends to support strategy development and decision-makingIdentify incremental sales opportunities and potential business risks through data analysisDeliver clear, data-backed recommendations to internal stakeholdersPresent findings and insights to senior executives and external customer teams when requiredCollaborate with Marketing, Finance and Product teams on third-party data to enrich commercial understandingDemand Planning & ForecastingSupport Sales and Demand Planning with long-range forecastingIntegrate commercial signals into the S&OP; processWork closely with the Wholesale Demand Planning team to align forecasts and monitor inventory shifts and risksMonitor stock cover and support the maintenance of optimal inventory levelsMaintain the central planning database up to date by seasonEnsure planning data is accurate and available to support buy decisions and replenishment planningMonitor and maintain Amazon account operational health on a daily basisTrack key metrics including stock levels,



inventory shifts and confirmation ratesMaintain close communication with the Amazon Customer Success team regarding chargeback reportsRegularly review Amazon reports and proactively flag potential risksManage action items within Amazon Vendor CentralSupport operational tasks, ad hoc requests and recurring activities within Vendor CentralCross-functional Collaboration & Process ImprovementAct as the bridge between Sales, Planning and operational functions including Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Amazon OperationsEnsure information flows accurately between business stakeholders and operational teamsProactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce friction and improve business performanceDocument process implementationsBuild easy-to-use KPI tracking tools so the Sales team can monitor territory performancePosition requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field2-4 years of experience in an eCommerce, data analytics, demand planning or commercial operations roleAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and XLOOKUPWorking knowledge of SAP (SD/MM) for sales and inventory dataHands-on experience with Amazon Vendor CentralExperience building dashboards and reporting toolsExperience translating complex data into clear business insightsExperience supporting Sales or Demand Planning functionsCompetences:Strong accountability and drive for resultsStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAction-oriented and proactive approachStrong planning and organizational skillsAbility to build effective relationships with cross-functional teamsAbility to work effectively with complex data and translate it into actionable insightsPreferred:Experience with Power BI or equivalent dashboarding toolsFamiliarity with third-party data sources such as NPD or similarBackground in eCommerce, retail or consumer goodsFamiliarity with action sports, outdoor or performance gear industryExperience working with cross-functional teams in an EMEA or international context
