In this role, you will guide and mentor young people through tailored employment and educational pathways, making a tangible impact on the local community.
Responsibilities
Conducting welcoming sessions and initial intake interviews with young participants.
Performing detailed diagnostic evaluations of personal, educational, and vocational profiles.
Providing continuous personalized guidance, coaching, and support throughout their career and training development.
Designing actionable roadmaps to help individuals achieve their professional and personal goals.
Collaborating with community and sociocultural resources to foster sustainable employment opportunities.
Qualifications and profile requirements




A completed university degree in social sciences (such as Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related disciplines).
Advanced proficiency in Catalan (catalán alto), essential for daily counseling and documentation.
Strong digital competencies and confidence working with modern digital tools and management systems.
Empathy, active listening skills, and a genuine commitment to youth development and social inclusion.
What we offer
A permanent contract (contrato fijo).
A gross monthly salary of 2,128.46 EUR.
A schedule from Monday to Friday, comprising 5 mornings and 2 afternoons (specific hours to be agreed upon).
