ОписаниеShalion is a B2B SaaS scale-up growing its recurring revenue business from €10M to €30M ARR across entities in Spain and the US.ЗадачиOwn all accounting operations, including AP, AR, billing, and General LedgerEnsure accurate monthly and year-end close and prepare P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statementsOversee multi-currency transactions and lead financial consolidation across Spain and US entitiesMonitor cash flow and runway, bank reconciliations, payment controls, and supplier paymentsPartner with the CFO on reporting and FP&A;, including variance analysis, board reporting, SaaS KPIs, annual budgeting, and forecastingSpearhead implementation of new tools and systems, including a new ERPDefine accounting processes and methodologiesDrive automation of administrative workflows to support scaling transaction volumesLiaise with HR on payroll execution and correct accounting treatmentOversee external tax advisors for local and international tax compliance, including Transfer Pricing between ES and US entitiesWork with external legal counsel on corporate books, annual filings, and regulatory requirementsLead the annual external audit as the primary point of contact for auditorsPrepare supporting audit documentation and ensure timely resolution of findingsDesign the Accounting & Admin team's growth roadmapHire, onboard,
