whilst also being capable of working independently when required Fluent Spanish & intermediate/fluent English Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets Excellent attention to detail A full and valid EU driving licence What You Will Do In The Role Take Responsibility - Supervision of our aircraft turnaround and ensure a safe, efficient process that meets our on-time performance targets Be Present - Perform pre-flight check requirements, prepare accurate loading documentation and operate all equipment in a safe manner, maintaining a clear and safe working environment Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values Work as One Team - Work in partnership with internal colleagues and internal partners including Ground Operations colleagues, third party providers and our Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Teams
