Join an international team delivering innovative Digital Power solutions for critical infrastructures, industrial facilities and data centers across Europe.We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to drive the technical execution of complex projects from tendering to commissioning, acting as the key technical reference for customers, engineering teams and project stakeholdersYour missionAs Technical Leader, you will be the technical owner of Digital Power projects across Europe, supporting customers and project teams from the proposal stage through engineering, testing and commissionining.You will play a key role in defining technical solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project delivery while meeting customer expectations in terms of quality, performance, budget and schedule.Working in an international environment, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, customers and technology partners to deliver innovative solutions for power distribution, energy and critical infrastructure projects.The role includes occasional travel across Europe (up to 25%) to support customers, project teams, factories and key project milestoneMain responsibilitiesLead the technical scope of Digital Power projects from tendering to commissioningAct as the main technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholdersDefine and validate technical solutions aligned with customer requirementsCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across international projectsOversee engineering, integration,
