Job Description
JOB MISSION:
As a firmware developer, you will participate in the development of new projects, as well as create new features to improve and maintain existing embedded FW applications, mainly based on the TI C2000 family, developing complete applications dedicated to the management and control of electrical power devices.
Job Responsibilities
Use the official UTI-SW code development, version control, and code documentation tools.Use collaborative work tools in accordance with the QoS planExecute SW development processes in accordance with QoS .Follow the SW working methodology, as defined in QoS.Responsibility for the quality of the software they developResponsibility for meeting development deadlines agreed upon in the Sprint Planning .Responsibility for reviewing and approving code merges in GitLab, and compliance with code versioning rules, collaborative work in GitLab and ticket management in Redmine, in accordance with QoS.
Usual/Daily
JOB FUNCTIONS :
SW specification analysis .Design, development and maintenance of embedded applications for ZGR products.Preparation and maintenance of design documents.Debugging, unit testing, and software verification.Participation in the daily scrums of the developments in which I participate.
Periodic/Occasional
Participation in Sprint Planning , Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.Support to other departments.Analysis and testing at customer facilities in cases of support to other departments.Training, supervision and mentoring of less experienced members.
Minimum academic qualifications: Engineering or university degree in a science field
Required Qualification & Experience

Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken), other European languages are a plus.

Development of well-structured and documented softwareExperience and proficiency in C programming
Desirable Knowledge/Experience




Work experience as an embedded software developer for microprocessorsExperience developing embedded systems for Solar and/or Storage invertersExperience in code documentation with DoxygenExperience designing and implementing Unit Tests (UTs)Programming experience Python
Experience with GitLab for version control
