We are seeking a People Relations Advisor to lead complex, sensitive, and/or high-visibility internal investigations across a large, complex enterprise. The adecuado candidate brings deep hands-on experience investigating employment matters - discrimination, harassment, retaliation/whistleblower, and wage & hour concerns - demonstrates excellence in interviewing, analysis, report writing, and executive-ready communication. Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred, with the ability to partner across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to drive fair outcomes, mitigate risk, and strengthen our culture of trust and accountability.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end investigations: intake, triage, planning, fieldwork, analysis, findings, and closurePartner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Legal, Compliance, and business leadersAct as a trusted consultant and advisor to HRLs and HRBPs, providing guidance and support to help them drive timely, thorough workplace investigationsPrepare executive-ready reports and presentationsConduct interviews across all levelsAdvise on corrective actions and remediationAdvise and support on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, and workplace concernsIdentify systemic trends and recommend preventive strategiesDevelop and deliver training on investigation protocolsSafeguard confidentiality and evidence integrityMaintain subject-matter expertise in employment and healthcare regulationsInfluence at the executive level to facilitate decision-makingIdentify and lead cross-functional projects to improve processes, controls, and operational rigorPrepare clear, comprehensive,



and well-supported investigation reports that accurately document findings, analysis, conclusions, and recommended actions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field1-3 years conducting internal workplace investigations in a large, multi-site organization (healthcare preferred)Demonstrated proficiency in interviewing, evidence collection, analysis, and formal report writingStrong executive-level communication skillsStrong analytical judgment and ability to apply policy and law to factsProven ability to handle and effectively prioritize high volume case loadHigh integrity, discretion, and accountabilityCultural competence and an awareness of bias when assessing concerns and conducting investigations.Preferred QualificationsExperience with government/regulatory matters in healthcareFamiliarity with case management tools (e.g., i-Sight, ServiceNow, Workday)Certification in workplace investigations training (such as AWI or similar training institute)Experience working in a unionized environment and providing guidance on labor relations issuesTraining facilitation experienceTravel5% or less travel required depending on case location and business needs.Join PACS: Elevate Healthcare with Us!PACS is elevating healthcare by revolutionizing our approach to leadership and quality care.
