This position is responsible for the review and evaluation of technical matters related to gaming regulatory compliance. The team acts as a technical conduit between the regulators and laboratory testing or the "lab mechanics" that ensures tests are performed correctly, to the regulator’s satisfaction. Our team members can communicate and collaborate with colleagues around the world.Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service/support to regulators and suppliersConduct evaluations of submission files, identifying any areas of regulatory concern and provide related determinations. This includes but is not limited to:Handling Incoming Review / Critical modificationsPerforming Outgoing Reviews / Technical EvaluationsPerforming Issues/Bugs EvaluationsDevelopment of Certification Report DisclosuresEvaluate documentation related to submissions/testing and demonstrate a basic level of understanding of gaming product(s)Responsible for maintaining current regulations, jurisdictional profilesMaintains working knowledge of common industry technical standards and minimum internal controls for assigned jurisdictionsMaintains familiarization with GLI Standard Series and Evolution and jurisdictional process changesPerform reviews from a regulatory compliance stance on new verification utilities & proceduresDevelop/maintain internal procedural documentation, coversheets, forms and test scriptsWork with the Engineering groups in various offices on regulatory technical questions and issuesProvide technical training and/or workshops to internal/external customersUse of JIRA to keep track of current projectsExperience, Education, Skills,
