The role You turn warm and inbound leads into customers, then keep them. Everyone you call has already raised their hand and shown interest, so this is not cold calling. You present the right solution, close, and follow the customer through the full journey. A big part of the job is building your own client portfolio. Regular follow-ups, upselling and win-back activity mean more sales and more commission on top of your base. The pace is high. Expect around 70 customer conversations a day.
