In this role you drive new business in the Italian retail market by promoting TransPerfect’s translation, localization, and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll lead early prospecting, then guide discovery, demos, negotiations, and contract execution with enterprise clients. You partner with cross-functional teams to align offerings with client growth and modernization initiatives.

This is a growth-focused, consultative sales role where you influence global clients and work toward scalable content and technology adoption. A strong hook is the opportunity to shape digital transformation for major brands at scale.

- Prospect proactively to create opportunities and participate in trade events
- Lead consultative sales from qualification to contract execution




- Understand client business models and pitch growth strategies
- Position AI-enabled content, technology, and integral solutions within digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership on pricing, complex enterprise agreements, and revenue forecasting
- Support smooth implementations with Production and Technology teams
- Coordinate onboarding with Client Services to ensure account success
- Monitor performance and identify expansion opportunities through cross-sell xugodme and upsell

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Native Italian
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships
- Results-oriented in target-driven environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, multicultural setting
