Accounting Instructor (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for experienced accounting instructors to help train and improve AI systems on accounting principles and financial reporting. Your subject-matter expertise will directly shape how AI understands, explains, and applies accounting concepts — making a real impact on the future of intelligent financial tools.

- Type: Hourly / Task-based Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Review and evaluate AI-generated accounting questions, explanations, and worked examples for accuracy and clarity
- Assess the correctness of concepts spanning financial statements, bookkeeping, internal controls, and managerial accounting
- Identify errors, edge cases, and misleading or incomplete explanations
- Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI precision and instructional quality
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are





- 3+ years of experience teaching accounting at the postsecondary level
- Strong command of both financial and managerial accounting principles
- Skilled at evaluating written quantitative and rule-based reasoning
- Comfortable reviewing and assessing structured content at scale
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable

Nice to Have

- CPA designation or Master's degree in Accounting
- Hands-on experience in auditing, financial analysis, or applied accounting roles
- Familiarity with AI systems, model evaluation, or data annotation workflows
