Introduction to the vacant position:

Institut of Bioengineering of Catalunya (IBEC) requires the incorporation of anAccounting Officer to provide support to the Finance Unit

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Its functions and responsibilities will consist of:

- Register of incoming invoices
- Process and record financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Support in the justification of projects
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance

Requirements for candidates:

- University degree in Business Administration, or advanced vocational training in Administration and Finance
- Microsoft Excel Advanced Level
- Experience in SAP Business One
- High level of English
- Competence and skills: Communication, planning, organization, teamwork, analytical capacity, pro activity, flexibility and adaptation to changes

Additional experience that will be also valuable:

- Previous experience in one or more of the following:
- Financial Department
- Audit Firm
- Public Entity

- Full-time employment. Contract linked to projects.

The Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia, IBEC is an interdisciplinary research center focused on Bioengineering and Nanomedicine based in Barcelona.
