You will play a key role in achieving our commercial goals, guiding prospective students through their decision-making process, identifying recruitment opportunities and building relationships of trust that translate into new enrollments.

Responsibilities
Sales and Commercial Management
Proactively manage the sales pipeline to maximize the conversion of candidates into enrolled students.
Manage and convert leads through multiple channels (email, HubSpot, WhatsApp, calls, fairs, exhibitions, etc.) in line with commercial targets.
Identify recruitment opportunities and propose commercial initiatives that contribute to enrollment growth.
Interviews, Talks and Presentations
Conduct one-on-one calls and informational meetings, both in person and online,
with candidates and/or parents.
Deliver group talks to prospective candidates.
Give presentations at events (fairs, talks, promotional activities) and coordinate with the academic and/or marketing teams when appropriate (e.g. webinars).
Conduct admissions interviews.
CRM, Database and Reporting Management
Enter, update and maintain information in institutional databases and the CRM (HubSpot).
Organize information for the preparation and tracking of KPIs.
Analyze sales funnel performance and continuously track key conversion KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Build, organize and maintain databases of leads, candidates and newly enrolled students.
Internal Coordination and Cross-Team Work
Coordinate with the Marketing team on inputs for campaigns, workflows and communication materials.
Liaise with the academic and marketing teams on admissions-related activities to confirm bookings, payment terms and associated procedures.
Promotional and Outreach Activities
Plan and carry out commercial actions at schools, educational institutions, fairs and national and international events to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate on the design, organization, promotion and logistics of events and activities aimed at promoting the educational programs.
What are we looking for?
Required:
2 years of sales experience.
Commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills and a results-driven, closing-focused approach.
Proactivity, autonomy and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Ability to work toward commercial targets and maintain a high level of activity and follow-up.
University degree (or equivalent).
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
Advanced English (C1).
Advanced Spanish (C1).
Versátil schedule and availability for occasional travel and/or events.
Affinity for the fashion and luxury industry.
Especially valued:
Experience in admissions within the education sector.
Interest in fashion management.
